AC not cooling
Thanks for calling Summit HVAC! This is Ansora. How can I help you tonight?
Hi, my AC just stopped cooling and it's really hot in here.
I'm sorry to hear that. I can get a technician out to you. Can I grab your address?
Sure, 412 Oakwood Drive.
Got it. I have a 3:00 PM slot open tomorrow — should I book that for you?
Yes, that works great.
You're all set for tomorrow at 3 PM. You'll get a confirmation text shortly. Anything else?
Nope, thank you so much!
